Social Science Research Network (SSRN)

The Social Science Research Network (SSRN) provides free access to the abstracts and full text of works of scholars in the social sciences, including law, history, philosophy, and economics. The Law Library assists with accessing SSRN eJournals, posting papers to SSRN, and publication of the College of Law’s Research Paper Series.

SSRN eJournals

SSRN eJournals alert subscribers via email to new papers posted to SSRN on a particular subject. eJournal alerts typically contain abstracts and links to three to six new papers. SSRN currently distributes over 100 eJournals on legal subjects, on topics ranging from evidence and evidentiary procedure to law and literature. For a list of SSRN eJournals and information on subscribing, please contact Pam Brannon.

Posting to SSRN

The Law Library can assist faculty who wish to post their latest papers to SSRN. Faculty who wish to post a paper to SSRN should send a copy of the paper and an abstract to Pam Brannon. If your paper has been accepted for publication, please include confirmation from the journal of permission to post the paper to SSRN.

Research Paper Series

The College of Law Library also manages the publication of the Georgia State University College of Law Legal Studies Research Paper Series. Contact Pam Brannon for more information on including your work.
